    Easy to use Pros: It is so easy to send text messages to clients. Cons: There can be many issues/delays with updating auto-texts for different office hours or holiday hours. We are told we can call BirdEye to make these changes, but then we are always required to send an email to BirdEye Support with the updated hours we would like. Sometimes there is a delay with the auto-text hours being updated, the update request might be inaccurate for our auto-response, or the auto-texts are sent to clients at inaccurate times/outside of what was requested. It would be nice for better consistency with update requests or for businesses to be able to control editing their own auto-responses. Overall: It is easy to utilize and track conversations.

    I can't say enough about this company so far. The have made the process of getting all my social media and websites lined up seamless. The gentleman I had the pleasure of working with went above and beyond to do extra tasks for me due to my lack of understanding on how to set some critical information up on my end.     Since I hire this Company In less than 2 weeks I start seeing results. About what they promised me It's been deliver. I gonna wait 6 to 8 months. To see more results and I will.put another Review . For now, they have done what they promise and I'm happy with that.
