Our onboarding experience with Birdeye and Ashish was remarkable! Ashish was able to answer every question quickly, helped us troubleshoot some integration stuff, and was always incredibly polite and kind. I've been endlessly impressed with his dedication to getting Birdeye up and running for us - he is a wonderfully sincere and hardworking guy! We're also thrilled with the results from Birdeye already - we've seen an uptick in reviews and survey responses, and we love using the social media integration to schedule posts. Wonderful product and experience. Highly recommend.

Yorkshire apartments in Silver Spring, MD are amazing. I had the pleasure of visiting the property and was very impressed. The staff in the office offered me refreshments and were very pleasant. Children played at the nearby playground and a few residents were walking their dogs. I'm definitely interested in renting a unit.

Great App! Pros: Compiles all our reviews and messages from our customers in one app. Cons: When messaging a guest through the chat, pictures are slow to load.

I love this product! They have modernized how we get reviews from customers. In only 3 months we have increased our reviews almost 70% compared to the last 12 years! The onboarding process is incredible and cant recommend this group of products any more. We use the social ai as well and we have seen amazing results on all of our social platforms

We just finished our onbroading with BirdEye. Very excited to start using all these AI shortcuts in our business. So far, so good. The tools are simple enough for even a non-techsaavy person like me to use. I really like the automation tools they offer that connect to our reservations system. We are getting way more reviews from guests. The social media posting is easy and fun with so many options available. Thanks BirdEye, we look forward to the coming monthly meetings and growing our business together.

BirdEye has been an interesting experience so far. The onboarding and integration into our Customer Resource Management proved to be a little difficult at first but they were able to manage okay. Took quite a bit longer than what I was told it would take and there were some scheduling conflicts with setup and training calls. At this juncture, my organization has been with Birdeye for about a month. While we have seen a slight increase in Review traffic, we are left feeling a bit underwhelmed by the performance of the product itself. Now...to be fair, these things take time to develop and good things rarely come overnight. I was asked twice and sent an email all in one week to write a review on my experience...so...to date, this is what I have to work with. The program itself is easy to use, intuitive and customizable. Review requests are a breeze. Referral generation...I think it's gonna be a pass for us because we have seen absolutely no movement at all at this point on that front. Messaging is a really nice feature that we do love to use in our organization. The product itself is "Pricey" but I have found that it's pretty middle of the road and fairly marketed for this type of service. Can you do this kind of thing on your own...Yes, most definitely. Do you...probably not...else, why are you even reading this and considering hiring a company for it. Customer service is great. They're knowledgeable and quick to act. Sales was personable and not pushy at all. To be truthful the sales portion of my experience was probably my favorite. Joe was my rep and he was great. Overall...so far...it's been a good experience. However, at this time, i am unclear if we would choose to continue into a second contract. We're still trying to find our "sweet spot" and we're only a month in. All in all...what i have learned from hiring Birdeye is very simple...you WILL find holes in what you are doing independently and Birdeye will come along side and help to fill those holes in the review space.
