By utilizing Birdeye, we are able to optimize on reviews and keep a live outlook on the feedback we receive as a company. We are also able to be informed of a negative review and be able to address the issue with the customer right away, which usually turns our negative review into a positive! Pros - 24/7 live feed of reviews -Emails when new reviews come in -Access to giving feed back back to customers Cons - I have not come across any issues on my end Likelihood to Recommend - Birdeye is a great tool to receive customer reviews. Our company loves to serve customers, so staying on top of all positive and negative reviews is vital to our operations. We are able to get visuals on negative reviews that come in, and respond quickly to customers to resolve the issue. The set up from Birdeye is very easy to navigate for our company. The set up is very easy.
