My experience with Birdeye customer service is always great! They go above and beyond to make sure I understand all the functionalities of the app and that everything works perfectly. I worked closely with Aditya and Himanshu to set up the referral emails/text feature. Birdeye is a Great platform! We have had more reviews each week than we had in years and the social platform is outstanding. Thank you!
