Aditya did an amazing job providing the support I needed. Our Birdeye rep. set up an unauthorized campaign in our client's account with incorrect info and he was able to help us after she told us she couldn't assist until Monday. I am very appreciative of his help. I do request follow-up from someone on the team on the actions of our rep - we have provided her with an email sharing our disappointment in all of this.

I wish there was more explanation and direction on how to make changes on the website and WHY is it important to do on Bidreye first! Our company had experienced the same issue twice with Google due to a lack of knowledge that all we needed to do was to make changes on Birdeye website instead of making changes in Google My Business Profile.

I had some questions about Google messaging through the Birdeye app. I submitted a request to chat had a brief chat and then jumped on zoom and the representative had it handled in about five minutes very very helpful. I really appreciate it. Thank you.

Service is always great however the problem that reoccurs so often takes time away from my day, that is the only negative in this. Integration seems to break a lot.
