Your operator was very polite, helpful, had good knowledge of how to help. I found mice droppings, his suggestion of a mouse station seemed very appropriate, I happily went along with it. I did have small cockroaches coming back this year, he suggested he take a look in the roof and treated it for a nest of them. I am confident my unit will be free of them now, but will have another inspection in 12 months.

What wonderful service we had by Steven, he explained all the things he would be doing and took the time to answer my questions regarding some ants etc, very happy and will be getting DDPC out again next year for the annual service. Also the price was outstanding and the overall service by over the phone booking etc has been wonderful.
