BirdEye is a really cool platform that can really help get great reviews and make sure people only see the highest ratings.

That is exactly what they did within 2 weeks I had 30+ new client reviews. The platform they provide to our clients is not intrusive and easy to use. Ms. Wainer's professional & patient demeanor, is only surpassed by her excellent knowledge, follow-up, and FOLLOW-THROUGH. She deserves a bonus, a promotion, or should be considered to provide peer training. I can't say enough good things about her. (I am sorry to say, prior to speaking to Rosalind, I was questioning my investment in BirdEye's services based on the averagely disappointing experiences I had with prior BirdEye customer reps.)Nonetheless, I trust there are other's just as dedicated and helpful as Rosalind within your org. For me, I am ever so grateful, that I had the good fortune of connecting with Rosalind. She's been more than helpful. Thank you, thank you , thank you, Rosalind!!!!!!!!
