Ron Tremper explained every detail to me, he was very clear on exactly what I would be getting, he was very patient with me, I'm a new homeowner with no knowledge of repairs,I thought I could just get the siding & gutters fixed, he showed me that you have to start at the roof, and then work your way down, I appreciate his assistance.
