There was a delay in my materials due to measurements not being correct. I got my tub replaced along with surround and added shower doors. The time frame, build out and the length of time it took for install was exactly what Jeffrey Stillman explained. He's an awesome salesman. I was disappointed at how thin and flimsy looking the surround material looked. But when Ethan and Kyle put it all together, I was very pleased with the finished results. Ethan and Kyle were the BEST! They did a beautiful and professional job, taking a never-used jacuzzi style tub out of my 93 y.o. dad's bathroom and replacing it with a safe and practical walk in shower with grab bars and a seat. I've been talking to my dad for awhile about doing this, being concerned about him going to the downstairs shower.
