Jeffrey was outstanding. Despite dealing with my unexpected cold and my running back and forth for tissue to blow my nose, we got through the process. He is a true Champ! He took his time explaining the products and packages and thanks to him, I now know what a Slide Bar is and what it is used for. (I had no idea.)
