We had a great experience working with Richard at Hanson. He is very knowledgeable about Hanson and it's products. We were able to make an informed decision. We weren't pressured by sales tactics or an aggressive strategy. Richard was able to answer our questions. Overall, we were impressed with the sales rep. It was a true night and day experience compared to a review with a competitor.

Every other window company said I have to replace all windows or they were not interested. Ryan was very courteous, professional, and worked something out regardless of how many windows I need. Ended up replacing all 6 windows. Thanks alot!
