The guys came out and got right to work. They did a great job working with me on making sure none of our pets escaped throughout the process and were very efficient in getting the work done. They kept checking with me to make sure that I was happy with the work that was being done. They cleaned up most of the mess (some debris left outside/in the driveway and around the work areas inside). Overall, it was a great experience and they did a great job.

The contractors did everything they where supposed to and did an excellent job. Hanson on the other hand should understand that a finale cost is just that, not a finale cost plus some. Hanson also needs to document what is to be done and provide accurate information to the contractors. The most important thing Hanson should learn is when you ask a customer about a job that was done and they explain to you an issue.
