The salesman did an excellent job explaining the products that were available under the conditions that I have in my bathroom. He listened to my concerns and made possible suggestions as to what I need. The person was friendly. One thing that I thought was in need was to be on time for the appointment. He was 20 minutes late, but everything else was good.
