My 1st window installation was large windows on a porch. One screen had a hole and salesman quickly took care of it. Then windows didn't line up right and wouldn't lock, so installers came out again to fix. 2nd window installation , small bathroom window went fine. Sliding patio door was too small and needed to be reordered. Alot of hassles with things not being right hence my rating of 3 star. They look good and I hope we have no more issues.
He is super nice and respectful. Will definitely recommend him to other people.
