Maintenance is great! Trey is the best!!! enjoyed living here for 1.5 years. but management could be better
Final day today after living at 1085 Boylston for 3 years. It has been a really excellent place to live. The location is great, the room is very nice, but most of all the facilities guy, Trent, is the best. I’ve never had a buildings manager been more attentive, friendly, and pleasant to work with. Thank you Trent for all your hard work!
Kyle S was awesome to work with getting my lease squared away in an efficient timeline. He was respectful of my time and was very flexible during the process. Out of my 5 Apartments in Boston this was by far the best experience to date! Thanks again Kyle
Living at 1085 Boylston has been such a great experience- the location, the free laundry and modern apartments are definitely reasons that contribute to why it’s such a great place to live. Putting the physical attributes aside,Trent, the bldg. superintendent, just makes this place extra special. He takes care of the bldg. as it was his own and treats the tenants how he would want to be treated. I’ve had the privilege of living in this building for the last couple years. I simply couldn’t be happier with the building/ownership. The building is always kept in great shape, thanks to the incredible work of Trent and ownership. If something needs to be addressed either in the common areas or your unit, Trent always makes the effort to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
