If you want the help and you're willing to put in the work, time, and effort this place will work with you. But again, if you want to make excuses and blame everyone but yourself, you'll make this place the problem. From the nurses, counselors and Dr. Hayes they really do care. Is everything perfect? No but that's life - things can always be better. But again, if you're willing to make a go at recovery, you can succeed in this program. It starts and ends with YOU and if YOU want it .
Been going to this clinic since 2022. Great place to get clean if you put in the effort. However they basically control your life outside the clinic over bill you even while having insurance coverage that the clinic does take being it is in there network. Insurance company sends the patient the claims yet the clic is still billing the patient even after insurance has paid. Insurance Co sends proof they paid monthly yet the bill gets higher weekly not lower.
Very hardworking, under appreciated counselors and nurses. Safe, clean, and supportive atmosphere. I am very grateful for them and their helping hand. I can tell you this: some of the entitlement, arrogance, and plain disrespect I have personally witnessed the staff endure is absurd. 10th Street CTC provides a truly comprehensive treatment experience. While medication is provided, the real treatment is provided by the counselors. They work closely with patients to develop abstinence plans, relapse prevention plans, and teach recovery skills so that patients can succeed when treatment at the clinic has been completed. Anyone who is genuinely looking for their pathway to recovery will find it here. There’s nothing like this clinic anywhere in this region.
It's been a long time for me. My first was a five year run and subsequently I had to leave against my will.Now it's actually been a great experience . My counselor Heidi, made this experience a little more tolerable however, She tookflight on me a few years back. The one I have now is ALmOST too good to be here.
