I would give this complex a 0 star rating if I could. I lived here for three years and jn the beginning it was great. The last two years of living here were subpar at best. For the price you’re paying to rent an apartment from this complex, I would look elsewhere! You can get an actually luxury apartment for the same price in River North and Gold Coast. New management (effective late 2025) just increased rent by 13%. Do not live here unless you'd like to pay an additional $300/mo each year. They are making cosmetic changes to the lobby and hallways using Chat-GPT generated renderings and pushing this cost onto tenants. Unethical and horrible tactics used by the leasing company... all of the building staff are great, though!!
Pros: 24/7 doorman, spacious units, built-in shelving, friendly maintenance and security staff, utilities included in rent except electric, great rooftop with a view, deep bathtubs and plenty of closet space. Cons: Old plumbing caused several major leaks in my unit and laundry room. Management will nickel and dime you if you don't pay attention - always ask for backup for miscellaneous charges. I've moved FIVE times - this by far the best place I've lived. Staff is wonderful, building is clean, and the rent here is INCREDIBLY fair for the location and amenities. I couldn't recommend this place more!
Great building! Management was great, affordable prices, and my unit got lots of light! Would definitely recommend.
