My implant surgery was botched was told by a second dentist,was told they would correct the mistake without charge then was charged after 1./2 way through the repair,unethical and unprofessional,stay away
I am very disappointed in this practice. They asked me to put down a $50 deposit for a "future" procedure. I changed my mind and asked them to refund my deposit. I have been waiting for over a month now and no refund. I have contacted them several times regarding this matter and was told by the office manager she would issue a refund. This is very bad business practice. I am still fighting to get my money back.
