Disappointing experience overall. I trusted this office for a long-term dental treatment plan but felt the results were not up to professional standards. Communication was inconsistent, and when concerns were raised, the solutions offered were either delayed or not practical. Requests for records have gone unanswered, which adds to the frustration. Based on my experience, I would recommend doing thorough research and getting a second opinion before committing to treatment here.
All around the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist’s office. All on staff are super friendly and professional. Amazing office! If you need any dental work, I highly recommend Dr. Javier Martinez the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredibly understanding and they work with all patients, which makes the experience so much more comfortable. I love how diverse and welcoming the environment is. You can really tell they care.
I was having severe throbbing toothache on a molar with a root canal that I never covered up properly (crown). Was very lucky to get an appointment for today. I have to say, you can’t take the negative reviews too seriously, some people are pains in the rear. Monique has been my dental hygienist for the last 2.5 years. She is very professional and patient with the process. I highly recommend Monique. The office is very clean and they have an outside janitorial service to clean.
