Dr. Baranello calmly explains what he’s doing and works to calm his patients, who are there for back injections that can be painful. He answers questions without sounding condescending.
Dr. Baranello was great and his assistants were also. Very good experience for my first time but everyone put me to ease. It was less stressful than going to the dentist. Hopefully I will not have to return but if I have to I’m coming back to Dr. Barsnello.
Dr. Baranello is very knowledgable and has a great bedside manner. He lets you know exactly what he is going to do and how it will feel. He also checks in often to se if you’re ok. Staff is also helpful and ready to make the visit a good one.
He took time to explain procedure. Answered all questions. It was a quick procedure. Hurt less than I expected.
This doctor is very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. He has a wholistic approach to pain management which is wonderful!He encourages me to be actively involved in decision making regarding my care. He is readily available via appointments and portal messages.
He helped me to feel very comfortable explaining the process each step. I am so thankful. I left his office in no discomfort.
He is attentive! You can always listening to what you have to say. He asks for clarification if what you said by asking questions relevant to your issues

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Baranello and the entire staff at EmergeOrtho. From check-in to the procedure, everything was seamless. The front desk, nursing assistants, and team were all professional, attentive, and genuinely caring.I have claustrophobia and was very anxious beforehand, but Angela, Dr. Baranello’s assistant, went above and beyond by adjusting the head cushion so I could see the floor, which helped tremendously.
