Allison was great. My husband died recently and this was the first time dealing with financial issues on my own. I was scared and she was patient. She walked me through the paperwork. She didn't fuss when the copies taken from my phone were imperfect. I could e-sign everything. I had started this process with another company but the person I dealt with was pushy.
