In my experience I feel that the therapist at the Salinas Valley Post Acute did a fantastic service for me. I would like to thank everyone of my nurses Cassandra, Mary, Daisy, Christine, Samantha, who's gone to work at Hospital, Jessica, Sagina and the new nurse Rachel. If I left any nurses out sorry. CNA's Marleen, Raizel, Kyla. Wound specialist Latoya and Mary. There are many more but I would like to thank them all GOD bless them .
Salinas Valley Post Acute has taken care of my father off and on for the past year. He had a complicated surgery that required wound care round the clock and also needed physical therapy multiple times a week. The management staff and nursing staff are all amazing! They took such good care of Dad, and he is not the easiest patient and not once did I see him neglected. The nurses are on it 100%, and always avail to answer all the questions I had. The Care is very good and equal to the care of other care facilities. There is a woman named Lauren Love Creevy that is going on all social media sites to put out allegations against this facility and its staff. I just wanted to make sure that I gave a proper review of my experience with my family member who was there. The staff took care of my family member very well. I want to publicly thank Salinas Valley Post Acute for their help in rehabilitating my Aunt Pauline after her cervical surgery and assisting her in getting off a peg tube for liquid feeding, which was a complication from the surgery. I have never had this type of experience before, and although our first night was a shock for both my aunt and me, the outcome was overwhelmingly positive. Both parents have been in and out of various rehab facilities for the past two years; we are most satisfied with the care they're receiving from Salinas Valley Post Acute. We'd like to mentions Ashley, Lacisha, and Monique in the office/social services, along with the nursing staff. We especially would like to thank Gloria H. in Transport for her assistance and professionalism.
This facility is conveniently located near the hospital and served our family well. The transition of care was seamless, which we appreciated as we navigated a new stage of life with difficult decisions. Staff kept us informed and helped us get acclimated to a new normal. The staff take pride in their work, and genuinely care about the well being of their residents. We saw fun activities like bingo and other group social recreation offerings when we visited. Thankful to have this resource available to us.
This place is a great rehab for my loved one . They are taking care of them really good and I can't ask for better place to stick my love one in . the nurses are wonderful. The staff is wonderful everybody in there you can't ask for better. I do recommend this place as a five star and thank you for taking care of my loved one.
Staff are friendly and managers are very helpful. Nurses are always willing to help out and they care about their patients. The building is well kept!
Salinas Valley Post Acute was a wonderful experience for my family. We have been to other skilled nursing in the past and had some skilled nursing PTSD from the last time we put our mother into one. Nursng staff was very attentive and physical therapy team did a wonderful job in supporting, and encouraging my mother to walk again after her fall.
