Good experience with nurses and physical therapy. Everyone was helpful and caring. Happy it was a short stay.
Great experience with Monserrat taking care of my mom. She goes above and beyond to ensure all her patients are attended in a timely manner and treats them like family. Truly blessed to have crossed paths with her, the progress my mom is making in her stroke recovery is priceless and we are eternally grateful.

We had a great experience at sunset ridge! Jay and his staff were wonderful to my mom who was there for a short term stay .. any concerns or questions were definitely validated and taken care of. I highly recommend this facility. Even though it is a little dated, what's more important are the people that take care of my mom and they were great!!
NOT a good place if you want to get better. A/C out, Health Dept. inspecting premises. Had to buy my own fan.
The care was almost nonexistent! My husband had a Foley catheter in place when he arrived, and it was yanked out half way when he tried to walk back from the bathroom to his bed unassisted. When I called to ask what happened, I was told it was put back in. NOBODY called ME! Three days later it had come out completely, and my husband had to be transported to the hospital. Again, NOBODY CALLED ME!!!!
I'm using my business account even to write this review: my aunt is staying there and she had requested a woman to clean her. There were two nurses. A male and female. She didn't feel comfortable with a man cleaning her and she asked the female nurse to do it because she didn't feel comfortable. The nurse said the man can do it. I'm not stopping at this review. I'm going to make sure these nurses don't have a job. I would never go to these levels and have never ever written a review like this. I'm very understanding of a lot... read more
