Good experience with nurses and physical therapy. Everyone was helpful and caring. Happy it was a short stay.
Great experience with Monserrat taking care of my mom. She goes above and beyond to ensure all her patients are attended in a timely manner and treats them like family. Truly blessed to have crossed paths with her, the progress my mom is making in her stroke recovery is priceless and we are eternally grateful.

We had a great experience at sunset ridge! Jay and his staff were wonderful to my mom who was there for a short term stay .. any concerns or questions were definitely validated and taken care of. I highly recommend this facility. Even though it is a little dated, what's more important are the people that take care of my mom and they were great!!
My dad had a fever for a few days and pain that was only getting worse. They sent him to get dialysis and the dialysis center called the ambulance because of my dad's symptoms. Thank God the dialysis center called the ambulance for him because sunset ridge just sent him off to get dialysis despite his symptoms. It's been a couple of days and my dad is still at the hospital. If you have the choice of any other skilled nursing facility take it. This place failed to take proper care of my uncle, and the staff Jiji especially harassed me by calling me from two different phone numbers TWELVE times in three hours on a work day week. The communication is crazy. They wouldn't even update me regarding what needed to happen next even as his power of attorney for health all they cared about was the health insurance covering his stay that's the only time I'd "get an update". Service is terrible. They entered the patient. They were rude to my daughters when they tried to make sure they did the right thing. The whole facility stinks. if I could, I if I could I would out of 10 the physical therapist is mean to me so it is a one
NOT a good place if you want to get better. A/C out, Health Dept. inspecting premises. Had to buy my own fan.
The care was almost nonexistent! My husband had a Foley catheter in place when he arrived, and it was yanked out half way when he tried to walk back from the bathroom to his bed unassisted. When I called to ask what happened, I was told it was put back in. NOBODY called ME! Three days later it had come out completely, and my husband had to be transported to the hospital. Again, NOBODY CALLED ME!!!!
