I been at concord post acute they helped me learned how to walk again with a walker now I'm working on with out a walker it's been a journey but their physical therapy department is great I love all the workers there... the CNA 's are great they are very helpful I I've most of them . And their front desk person is so sweet Ms. D ...
This facility has the best staff and caregivers. They take such great care and always are friendly and helpful. I can't say how grateful i am for the people who work here.

The staff took fantastic care of me & the physical therapy was appropriately challenging. Very dedicated & friendly staff.
Went to visit a friend today and had to wait over 30 mins for a supervised visit that never happened paid the toll on the bridge for nothing AGAIN!
Keeping an 87-year-old veteran from any guests any family other than his girlfriend who has to be supervised then his girlfriend 25 years doesn't care about what is legal and what is not he's in a locked ward. Cannot have guests and his very sad horrible place.
I have NO IDEA how this place is up and running!!!!!! If you are considering bringing your loved one here THINK AGAIN. I would NEVER want to be here as a patient, nor would I ever bring someone that I love in here. The DSD "Sona" is so incredibly rude and unprofessional, lets the staff treats the residents like trash with zero consequences. The staff is so mean to the residents, treats them like they are nobody, feeds them awful food that doesn't even look edible, force feeds them down their throats, etc. I simply can't be... read more
A lot of miscommunication about my father's diagnosis and prognosis. Received three calls in three days advising his room was being moved due to a Covid outbreak, but was reassured he had not tested positive. Two days later, received a call about a different issue and was told he would not be seen by the doctor until next week, due to being in quarantine, but again told he tested negative. Third call that same evening stating he had in fact tested positive when they called the first time two days prior. His doctor nor myself... read more
