PACS took over a few months ago and this company is doing a great job already. Has done Renovations to make the facility feel more comfortable! Great staff and administrator.
DANGER. Do NOT send your loved ones there. They will experience anything from sexual assault, theft, neglect, abuse and more. This place is an absolute disaster and the owner and staff should be ashamed, jailed and deported back to their country of origin. They will discharge patients directly to the street after dark regardless of their condition. Rifle though your belongings and take ANYTHING of value, medication will not be distributed on time. It's an abomination and should be condemned

The staff are horrible- some of them. I have a relative there who is on hospice. He is partially crippled and at the end of life. He wet the bed about midnight, asked the night staff if they could change his sheets. They refused. He had to sleep on the floor all night until the morning shift cam on and changed them for him. This is unacceptable. They treated him inhumane and disrespectful. Don't send your loved ones there.
