Poor communication. Short staffed. If you are not there, they will leave your loved one in bed. My loved was there 13 days- left with skinned up shin, all over body rash, and needing 2 units of blood. PT/OT/Speech for cognitive and after 4 days of therapy, recommended to be discharged. Repeatedly asked to get him up and out, did not happen unless we were there. Showered only 2 times after several days of asking. Placed filthy pull up in laundry basket. I could go on a d on.
