Get directionsThe pictures on their official website are VERY misleading. This place is a complete dump with 1960's beds, dim lighting and very old oxygen equipment. My mother was sent there after a hospital visit for rehab. If my brother and I would have left her there that first night, she would have died. We ended up calling 911 after she was there for an hour because they didn't have the proper oxygen for her. Her pulse ox dropped in the mid 60's and all they could do was tell her to breathe through her nose. We got her back to the h... read more

if you care for your loved one, continue looking for a home for them. it is impossible to make contact with ANYONE at this facility at ANY time day or night. Staff nor nurses will return calls if a message is left. Personal contact with residence is minimal and cursory at best. Nursing staff changes almost daily with NO continuity of care or communication of status. Management cares only about profit. Health & Cleanliness ratings basic confirm this!

Their knowledge is lacking! 2 hours is how long my husband waited for a response to his call light. Today I had had it, told the nurse practitioner that I didn't like how his wound looked, the wound care person happened to be there and said that it didn't look like that on Wednesday. I asked for a WBC blood test and was told we could have the results in abou... read more
No help for patients not enough people working very dangerous. Do not recommend for anyone,
This place is horrific! Do not send your loved ones here. If anything major happens they don't have the knowledge nor capability to handle it. My mothers oxygen level got down to 30 and they were standing there at a loss. Our mom was dying in front of us. All they were doing was saying, "Ma'am, Breathe through your nose." It took 15 minutes to find this useless help. Their rooms do not have monitors. Your family members get taken care of when they feel like coming by to check on them. Us calling 911 saved our mother's life. ... read more
