My father is currently a resident at Mentor Hills Post Acute. I visited from out of town last weekend and was so happy to see what a lovely facility it is. I walked in to see one of the nurses feeding him with such gentleness and care, it gave me peace knowing he is well taken care off. The facility is spotless and located in a wooded setting and is just beautiful. After comparing this facility to another facility I was at, I have found that mentor hills post acute is far superior in the care that you receive. The people are kind and treat me nice. There are activities to keep you busy all the time if you wish to be. Movies on Friday night I think that's great, excellent church services, bingo and other games. Highly recommend if you are looking for a skilled nursing facility.

The Physicians dont check the patients there. If bloodwork shows a problem they send in a nurse practitioner. Go somewhere else. Definitely a NO GO! They dehydrated my family member so severely it could've killed them. Stay away!!

I recently contacted facility with a family friend to go over some financial details with the business office manager Melissa. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting the family with their questions so we stopped in to tour the place. Facility was clean and everyone was friendly, potential resident will be admitting soon. Thank you so much for your hospitality Melissa!

Have had nothing but problems with my grandfather and getting his bedtime medicine and getting help from the overnight staff. Extremely rude. **update** Sarah has been very helpful with getting my grandfather situated and the transfer home. However some of the staff was still very slow to respond in taking 45 minutes to get to my grandfather to the bathroom.
