The Mentor Hills team genuinely cares for its residents & staff. I can speak from firsthand experience. From Therapy to Wound care, Mental Health, Nursing & NP services - this facility is a great choice for rehab or long term care.

My father is currently a resident at Mentor Hills Post Acute. I visited from out of town last weekend and was so happy to see what a lovely facility it is. I walked in to see one of the nurses feeding him with such gentleness and care, it gave me peace knowing he is well taken care off. The facility is spotless and located in a wooded setting and is just beautiful. Have had nothing but problems with my grandfather and getting his bedtime medicine and getting help from the overnight staff. Extremely rude. **update** Sarah has been very helpful with getting my grandfather situated and the transfer home. However some of the staff was still very slow to respond in taking 45 minutes to get to my grandfather to the bathroom.

The Physicians dont check the patients there. If bloodwork shows a problem they send in a nurse practitioner. Go somewhere else. Definitely a NO GO! They dehydrated my family member so severely it could've killed them. Stay away!!
