The Mentor Hills team genuinely cares for its residents & staff. I can speak from firsthand experience. From Therapy to Wound care, Mental Health, Nursing & NP services - this facility is a great choice for rehab or long term care.

My father is currently a resident at Mentor Hills Post Acute. I visited from out of town last weekend and was so happy to see what a lovely facility it is. I walked in to see one of the nurses feeding him with such gentleness and care, it gave me peace knowing he is well taken care off. The facility is spotless and located in a wooded setting and is just beautiful. The Physicians dont check the patients there. If bloodwork shows a problem they send in a nurse practitioner. Go somewhere else. Definitely a NO GO! They dehydrated my family member so severely it could've killed them. Stay away!!
