This place has gone down hill. They are way understaffed like how do they suspect 2 nurses to care for a floor of 30 people for a night its ridiculous. My Mother always told my how lowsy the nurses are. Morning medications are being handed out late as late as 1:30 in the afternoon. drainage bags are not being fully drained leading for them to overflow and leak on the floor ruining my moms brand new bag. Terrible place. My sister was there and they do have some nice staff but overall not a good place to be. They don’t give meds when they are suppose to and even had days none were given. Was told lies about test and antibiotics! Food is horrid! Don’t send your loved ones there!,,

Is a nursing home, my best friend is a resident there she has Alzheimer's I visit her frequently. She has settled down and realize that it is her home for the ones that nursing staff are very professional and seem like they care

This nursing facility sent my mom home with wounds on her feet never treated them nor reported to family. It has been 6 months and because of the neglect my mom was amputated.! The most disgusting thing is she was only there for 10 days while I went on vacation with my husband. Yes I have photos and documentation.

Three Meadows Post Acute is the most wonderful place ever! My son has been a patient there & everyone from the nurses to the cleaning crew are absolutely the best. They treat everyone so well & you can honestly tell they care about you! The therapists are very concerned with what he wants to relearn first & helps him try to meet his goals. What a an AMAZING TEAM! ❤️❤️❤️
