I was a patient here for 10 weeks after a fall resulting in broken knee and broken shoulder. Being from out of state I did not know what to expect. There are not enough stars to rate the quality of the care I received, the cleanliness of the facility, the kindness of the staff and the dedication of the physical and occupational therapists. My dad spent several weeks in Cedar River Healthcare Center. We couldn't have been happier. The rooms are big, the food was good, the staff was so pleasant. They didn't seem to be overworked and they seemed to enjoy each other. My dad progressed with all the help they gave him, and went home after 2 weeks.

Terrible response when we requested medical records!!!I ordered them over two weeks I waited and no response! Had to contact medical records three times!!! NO excuse!!! Won't mention gal's name that was not being responsive!!! Terrible!!!
