Recently my mother was in Wood village for rehab for 20 days. Not one time was the staff ever helpful or even nice. They acted like they didn't have the time to deal with myself or my mother. But the big issue was when it was time for her to be discharged they did so without informing anyone dumped her at a hotel with no money and no phone. Mistreats their patients, they order from a menu but never get what they ordered and the food is horrible!! I really wish my loved one did NOT have to be there!! People need to realize that hopefully they will get old too. I hope they are treated the same way they treat their patients now!! Makes me sick!!!
