I am a friend or relative of a resident This place was absolutely terrible. I would not recommend anyone sending their loved ones to this place. In person the staff is as nice and friendly as could be. Inversely many of the residents complained of being, hit, cursed at and neglected. Often times when I went to visit my grandmother she would be wet, and explained to us that she had been so for over three hours sometimes.
