RecommendedExcellent nursing care are given by our nurses CNA’s and other staff members , residents are provided with daily activities , there is PT dentist even hair dressing ,they like to be engaged in what’s going on , their birthdays 🎂 and other important events like Veterans Day is recognized , st Patrick’s Day etc they get to be a part of , there is also social where they meet and greet and there is so much more , gospel on Friday’s , and the list goes on , you have to come check it out for yourself to see how well these resid... read more

My father was sent to Centennial for occupational and physical rehabilitation.. A day before he was scheduled to return home, He had a medical emergency that required emergency surgery & not one person employed at centennial called to notify family that an emergency had occurred overnight… We found out by calling centennial the NEXT morning to see how early my father would be able to be picked up & this is how we found out. RecommendedPatient emergency contact information was incorrect or incomplete so my wife's crisis was not communicated to myself, her husband of 50 years, at all as she suddenly deteriorated. I was informed by a Police officer at my door with a death notification as I opened the door to go help her begin moving her affairs home. The shock has been debilitating.
I think the nurses took wonderful care of my father, but their policies dealing with Covid and Hospice Care were horrible. My dad went in for Respite Care and he got covid the day after he got to Prestige and even though I paid out of pocket for 4 extra days, they were kicking him out because it cost them too much money to watch one patient. I also take care of my mother, who is 84, and I did not want her exposed to covid. Did not matter, it cost them too much. Very unethical if you ask me. He died as I was coming to pi... read more
