The facility is new and well equipped. The food was absolutely horrible except breakfast was above average. The Doctor and staff seem unable to regulate pain management even with a interfecal pain pump. They would give you a pill one day and cut you back on pain relief the next. In 12 years I never had issues once the pump was filled. They let the pump go completely dry for over a month. The staff was very good.
