The long term care is adjusting to changes to improve. I had a good experience with the administraion being prompt and helpful with moving my father to Wichita from an outlying area. My personal experience was great with his new nursing staff paying attention to his individual needs. Thankfully, they are going to update the rooms because they aren't in very good condition. Great Plains Post Acute Care staff display excellence, integrity, thoroughness, and quality in all of their care services for their residents that call GPACC home, as well as their family members. Great Plains Post Acute is an excellent facility! It’s clean, welcoming, and the entire staff is kind and professional. The rehab and nursing teams are top-notch, the food is great, and the management staff is knowledgeable and responsive. I highly recommend bringing your loved one here — they’ll be in great hands.
