I would give this Apartment Negative stars if I could. Both the leasing team and Property Manager were the most INCREDIBLY RUDE and horrific people to speak to and Ive been in the industry for years. Absolute Disgrace for this company and Im so embarrassed for their corporate team. Both of these employees need to be terminated. Learn Fair Housing Laws.
Leasing office will not answer quick questions over the phone and will hound you for your personal information. If you call them, they will immediately sign you up for automated texts without your affirmative consent. The main phone line is answered by a buggy AI agent that will purposely hold off transferring your call to a live agent.
Love it just the fact that they don’t deal with packages being lost is a turn off other than that it is good
My experience stated out great then it all seem to go down hill I made 3 visits (1) view the property (2) was because the unit I chose was no longer available and she showed me a total of 4 units(3) was to put in the application in which it was $280 $80 for application and $200 to secure the unit now this where it get dicey I was sent a email stating I didn’t qualify because I had a bankruptcy huh no where in the application process nor was I told this would disqualify me it was never disclosed anywhere had it been stated b... read more
Living here is awesome. Get to have your own small but convenient storage space if you don't have alot of space for things. This place is awesome to live in. And the land manager Adrianna, she is the most likable landlord that my fiancé and I ever had. She's very reasonable when it comes to certain things. I highly recommend this place if you are a first timer for getting your life in order for a small place when you don't want a huge place. And it's excellent with pets too.
