I wouldn’t usually leave a negative review, but my experience with 21 Petals for my wedding DIY bouquet session was incredibly upsetting and honestly, heartbreaking. I had signed up with high hopes, especially after receiving a proposal that showed beautiful, full, vibrant flowers. But what we got on the actual day of the DIY workshop was completely different and not in a small way. I've given you plenty of time to make things tight.but but to NO avail. I called you several times but you ignored my concerns. You promised my son a gift certificate but was never received.Flowers were left on front steps in 95° sun for several hrs. Needless to say flowers died soon after. It was from my son for my 76th birthday. Such a shame...on you. Very poor . Hope everyone sees this review & never buy from you.
So fun learning a little about floral design putting together the pieces for my Nephew & soon to be Niece’s wedding!! Highly recommend for your floral needs, very knowledgeable staff & helpful!!
