Very lovely development. The staff and community services are unmatched by any other housing company I’ve dealt with. The apartments are brand new, beautiful inside and out, and there have been no complaints with other tenants in the area. Very quiet and spacious. The rent is fair! Absolutely recommend fire road apartments. Safe area for your kids as well.
I have been trying to get in touch with someone about filing out an application for months now nobody ever answers any phone calls or emails and they also don’t ever answer the office door. There already is such a difficulty in trying to find something affordable or anywhere to live for that matter in New Jersey and nobody even reaches out it’s incredibly discouraging. I just want to fill out an application so my kids and I can be put on these years long waiting lists for “affordable” housing.
The property manager and maintenance worker was fired for having packages delivered to her house. It was so much going on in the office. This is manager number 3 that I recall. She is new rude and unprofessional. She sends out disrespectful emails when responding to the tenants. Other than these issues the apartments are fabulous.
This apartment complex is amazing! I also appreciate The Michaels Organization making these affordable apartments. I dropped off a waiting list application on 3/16/2021. I found out I'm #216 on waiting list ☹ I hope they make more studio or 1 bedrm apts for seniors, veterans & single people. So many people need this
