I love this apartment!!! The staff here are nice and they make sure that the tenants needs are met. Ashanti has a open door policy that makes it easy for residents to speak to her about any concerns. Annette is always thorough with each job she does within the apartment and she always does a follow up if there is anything else we may need

This property is nicely kept and located. I am having a good move-in experience. Ashanti, the TLC property manager, has been good with answering any and all of my questions. It is really nice to know that the property manager is readily available to answer questions or address concerns.

I LOVED living here over the last 3 years. I was surprised how specious my one bedroom was (800 sq ft) at an affordable price with a super convenient location (behind Kimbark plaza). What made the space even better were the kind neighbors that have lived there for a long time, and the kind staff including manager Ashanti and maintenance manager Annette. If I moved back to Chicago I would consider moving again into this building!

Very speedy move in process. Got approved within one day & Ishanti, the property manager, was a big help! She did all she could to ensure I could move in on my desired date. Great location, very spacious rooms for an affordable price, along with convenient amenities.

The best thing about living at 2Sisters Apartments is the onsite staff. The apartment manager is always kind and makes time to speak with residents, address concerns, and follows up to make sure any issues have been resolved. In addition, the building engineer is also very kind, knowledgeable, responds to maintenance requests within 24 hours, and completes the job fast. The onsite staff is doing an excellent job of maintaining the building and making sure the residents enjoy living at 2Sisters.
