I had a tooth crack and was experiencing some pain. I called 380 family dentistry amd they got me in right away. The tooth needed a crown and Dr Campbell got it done without any pain. The staff was amazing and the temporary fit and stayed on perfectly. I am thankful for Dr Campbell amd his team. If you’re looking for a caring, compassionate, knowledgable dentist Dr Campbell is the guy.
I’ve been a patient here for 10, almost 15 years. initially it was great, I mainly continued going here because I loved my dental hygienist, but she has since retired. I will warn you that if you go here, they will tell you need deep cleanings every visit, which are very expensive. But, they keep my teeth nice, healthy and clean. They do have me coming in every three months. This last visit they tried to charge for x-rays at six months, even though my insurance would cover them at one year. Hands down the BEST dentist in North Texas! Easy scheduling, friendly staff, on-time appointments, transparent pricing, and they actually return calls and messages — everything you hope for in a dental office. I hadn’t been to the dentist in over two years, and I was a very nervous about my visit. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, the hygienist (Katie) was incredibly thorough and gentle, and the dentist took time to explain everything clearly. My temporary crown cracked and I called the office. Dr. C told me that he could meet me the next day to fix it even though the office was closed! He is the best dentist that I have ever experienced! I am so blessed to have such a caring dental practice for at least 5 years for all of my dental needs!
