If I could give negative reviews - I would here and I am a reasonable person. DO NOT GO HERE. They did such a bad job on a crown for a filling that they left a big gap between the gums and the bottom of the crown. A year later I went to another dentist who thought the crown was from over 6 years ago because it was done so badly. I ended up needing a root canal from the gap and I was still paying the $5,000 for the horrible crown 380 Family Dentistry made. I was called back only a few minutes after my appointment time, so that was a plus!!!! The dental hygienist took x-rays and gum measurements. I was then told I needed a deep cleaning. Still, okay. The best Dentist off 380 in Prosper no doubt! Excellent dental knowledge & skills. Most up to date dental equipment & the staff are all very nice.
Called in because I had a filling come out. Their office was able to accommodate me within the hour, 5 star. The doctor was nice and explained what was going to happen, 5 star. They had billing come explain payment before work started, 5 star. Would recommend.
Angela my hygienist always does a great job and keep me informed. On my most recent visit, I requested information on pricing for someone who currently Has no dental insurance and Daisy was a big help providing me with detailed info. 380 Dental has a great team in place to suit anyone’s needs
