Called in because I had a filling come out. Their office was able to accommodate me within the hour, 5 star. The doctor was nice and explained what was going to happen, 5 star. They had billing come explain payment before work started, 5 star. Would recommend.
After seeing how well my 80 year old mother, was treated and taken care of at 380 dental, I knew that this is where I wanted to start going as well. My mother’s teeth needed a lot of work, but she was treated with so much respect and never pushed into doing anything to her teeth that she couldn’t afford or didn’t want done. I have invited the rest of my family to start coming here, as well. Everyone is so professional, friendly and so kind! I love this office!!
Today is my first visit with family. Myself ,husband and daughter visited and felt happy the way they received, examined very patiently and explained in details the condition and what needs to be done and all. All the staff are friendly especially katie, Dr Campbell and the lady who provided Insurance assistance are kind and knowledgeable. I still have more visits to be scheduled for family and will keep posted on the service further.
Angela my hygienist always does a great job and keep me informed. On my most recent visit, I requested information on pricing for someone who currently Has no dental insurance and Daisy was a big help providing me with detailed info. 380 Dental has a great team in place to suit anyone’s needs
No complaints about care. However, they never actually get my children in at their appointment time. I set these appointments 6 months out everytime always stating that I need them at the same time for all three children. They will always schedule us for the same time Then when we show up on time for the appointment only one child is brought back and I'm told the other two are now being "worked in".
