After seeing how well my 80 year old mother, was treated and taken care of at 380 dental, I knew that this is where I wanted to start going as well. My mother’s teeth needed a lot of work, but she was treated with so much respect and never pushed into doing anything to her teeth that she couldn’t afford or didn’t want done. I have invited the rest of my family to start coming here, as well. Everyone is so professional, friendly and so kind! I love this office!!
No complaints about care. However, they never actually get my children in at their appointment time. I set these appointments 6 months out everytime always stating that I need them at the same time for all three children. They will always schedule us for the same time Then when we show up on time for the appointment only one child is brought back and I'm told the other two are now being "worked in". Great experience even though I needed way more work than I expected. I was so comfortable and they never stopped checking on how I was doing. My last dental experience was awful so I was putting it off. I was clear about that and they did everything they could to make sure i was okay. This is an amazing place. From the reception to the hygienist, dental assistant and doctor… all amazing. I won’t go anywhere else after this experience.
Best dental experience we could have wished for. Everyone was so gracious and kind to my wife and I. Very considerate and understanding as we are older folks. Thank you for your kindness.
Loved the place!!! Everyone was so nice and friendly. I do want to call out Katie and Dr. Campbell for making my treatment uneventful and pain free. I neglected my oral health for some time but they did an awesome job to make up for it. They have given me education and tools to make this a priority going forward.
