My daughter was referred by our dentist. She needed to have a root canal and was very nervous. Every interaction we had was positive-from the front desk receptionists, the dental assistants and Dr Becker herself-we had a really nice experience. They were so kind and professional. The doctor and assistant communicated clearly what needed to be done. She needed a specific scan and xray. We were informed of the copay before the procedure and had no surprises for sedation. I had a wonderful experience with 3D Endodontics. Dr. Bennett and Keely preformed my procedure and it was quick and painless. I had no pain during or after my procedure and happy with the results. I was very nervous prior to my appointment, but they explained to me in detail what the procedure entailed, so that put me at ease. I got an emergency root canal done. The scheduling was easy and clear. I felt so cared for from the kindness of the staff, to the gentleness and communication of what's happening or coming up next in the procedure, and to the end of going over aftercare and checking out. The dental assistant and dentist were very professional and and friendly. Thank you 3D Endodontics.
Dr. Becker was personable, knowledgeable, and skilled. Her staff was excellent. Most importantly Dr. Becker listened to my concerns and responded. I felt no pain during the procedure and would recommend her to friends and family. She put me at ease despite my extremely high anxiety level.
I had a great experience at 3D Endodontics. I came in with serious pain and wasn’t sure if my tooth could be saved. Dr. Becker and the entire team were so caring, professional, and supportive.
