Very professional staff and excellent care received from Dr. Becker. Boutique style office that is clean. This was my first root canal and I was nervous going into it, but it was honestly not painful and a relatively seamless procedure. Not much pain the following day either which was surprising. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get a root canal. Thank you to the staff and Dr.
I have been in for two procedures now, and both times I was treated with kindness and understanding. My teeth are not in good shape, yet I was never made to feel embarrassed or ashamed, even after a bad tooth infection. They are very professional, yet approachable at the same time. They understand my anxieties and make sure I'm as comfortable as possible with or without sedation. I can't say I enjoy going in, who enjoys a root canal? I can say, though, that if I need such a procedure, this is where I want to go.
I sent a request to them on Sunday and in a couple hours they reached back to me and were able to provide answers to all of my questions. I was scheduled the next day and had consultation and the treatment during my visit. Dr Becker did an amazing job she was so professional and helpful, made sure I’m feeling comfortable during the visit. I’m so happy that I was recommended to go there and for sure so satisfied with all of the staff and my visit!
I arrived early and they were able to take me in. Extremely professional and efficient at what they did. Going to the dentist is never really pleasant but this was super high quality and no pain. I got the sense they were very good at their profession. Excellent.
My daughter was referred by our dentist. She needed to have a root canal and was very nervous. Every interaction we had was positive-from the front desk receptionists, the dental assistants and Dr Becker herself-we had a really nice experience. They were so kind and professional.
