I recently (07/01/25) used this company to replace most of the windows in my house. They've been nothing but professional in every way from the sales person who came to my house and explained the process and measured, to Kylee in the office who handles billing, scheduling and notifications, and 5 different installers that I've met. Our windows are beautiful and very well built. The installers were top notch, very polite, hard working and take pride in their workmanship.
Our windows look AMAZING! Way better than our expectations. Yes, we did have to wait a good 6 months for our windows to arrive from the manufacturer, but this is the normal delay b/c of the pandemic. Our install crew (Ian, Seth & Mike) made the whole experience worth the wait. Those 3 guys went above & beyond for us. They were professional & put customer satisfaction first. They really deserve a raise after our job. Our house has definitely made a statement with the 35 windows. Thanks guys.
Very pleased with the work of the installation crew. Showed up early every day. They did the removal of our old siding and replaced with Al Side Ascend. Our house looks totally different. Thank you for doing such a great job.
