Did not stand behind product, boots continuously broke, blamed me. Then told us to contact company. I did detail list of each window. Then sent us a bag of parts and told us we have to find a contractor to fix them and pay them. I have 9 windows and none work properly and one or 2 has spots between the pains. I have called repeatedly with no return call. They have a hateful attitude. I owed a home with 27 windows in them for 21 years not one issue with one window. I would not recommend them to anyone.
The widows are beautiful and energy efficient. The installers were courteous and professional. The time to get the widows from payment to installation was very long. The installers accidentally broke our fiber optic cable and we had to contact the company for a repair. We are hoping Windows and More will cover any cost for repairs. There was also some scuffing on the widow sill for the large window.
Our windows look AMAZING! Way better than our expectations. Yes, we did have to wait a good 6 months for our windows to arrive from the manufacturer, but this is the normal delay b/c of the pandemic. Our install crew (Ian, Seth & Mike) made the whole experience worth the wait. Those 3 guys went above & beyond for us. They were professional & put customer satisfaction first. They really deserve a raise after our job. Our house has definitely made a statement with the 35 windows. Thanks guys.
Most excellent work. Quality. The young man Dakota was outstanding and went way beyond to do an excellent job on my windows. He worked hard all weekend to make sure I had the perfect windows. I'm so excited and well pleased in your windows and the fine installation. Thank you so much.
This is the third time I have used them for replacement windows. We love the windows and the great knowledgeable installation crew.
