Bought a 2022 Dodge Ram on May 12th from salesman Jimit who, after the deal was signed and done, left 2 days later. Then after 2 weeks of no communication I finally talked to a manager who used the salesman leaving as the issue. Then to find out they didn’t have a spare key which will now cost me 400$. Next to discover that on top of all of that, they did not complete the coating of the bed which was scratched. I went with my dad to this location in Kitchener as it’s closer to home. The test drive on this truck was good. Bought it May 12. There was no communication for about 2 weeks. The employee who sold the truck quit after the sale, and the bed of the truck wasn’t fixed. They then only had one key instead of 2, and now I have to pay $400 to get a second key. I don’t recommend this place and will not be back for any future purchases.
Friendly staff for the most part, very welcoming. But they don’t follow through. I was told I’d get extra warranty or a set of winter tires with my new car— didn’t receive either, and when I asked I was told they’d get back to me. It’s been 6 weeks, and nothing. Also told that there was a $160 charge to be waived for inconvenience as it took almost 2 weeks for everything to be done and for the trade in to be finalized.
