I went to this business for information and the availability of a storage space rental. Jenn greeted me very warmly and asked how she could help. I explained the situation and what I was looking for ,and she immediately had 2 options to show me. I called 401 storage Because I needed a unit closer to my new home here in Warwick. I originally just called for a price estimate and by the end of the phone call I had a brand new storage unit with my first month free! Jen helped me out with this deal. She was very helpful and kind and seemed to have a-lot of patience with me in setting everything up. The staff are always very friendly and helpful with any issues or inquiries I have. Switching units was easy when I needed to change the size and cancellation was a breeze I needed to cancel one of the units.
I have been storing my RV for almost 2 years and find it to be safe and reasonably priced also the staff has been kind and easy to work with, Kathleen goes above and beyond to make you feel right at home.
Excellent facility with exceptional service and utilizing technology. I have used many storage facilities in the past and this by exceeds all expectations. Maddie assisted me with providing excellent customer service. Being in customer service myself Maddie goes above and beyond.
