I called 401 storage Because I needed a unit closer to my new home here in Warwick. I originally just called for a price estimate and by the end of the phone call I had a brand new storage unit with my first month free! Jen helped me out with this deal. She was very helpful and kind and seemed to have a-lot of patience with me in setting everything up. I went to this business for information and the availability of a storage space rental. Jenn greeted me very warmly and asked how she could help. I explained the situation and what I was looking for ,and she immediately had 2 options to show me. Staff is professional and friendly and responds to concerns immediately. The entire place is well lit and clean. Ive rented once before and came back when I needed storage again.
Jen was absolutely wonderful. I needed a storage space the same day. Jen walked me through the process in less than 15 minutes and greeted me with a smile when I arrived. I highly recommend using 401storage. The unit was brand new and really clean. Their digital entry process is awesome.
In addition to providing courteous and supportive customer service, Sara, helped our wife and I download the app that allows us to gain entrance to storage area and open our bin.
