Jen was absolutely wonderful. I needed a storage space the same day. Jen walked me through the process in less than 15 minutes and greeted me with a smile when I arrived. I highly recommend using 401storage. The unit was brand new and really clean. Their digital entry process is awesome.

The owner and staff have gone above and beyond to help me navigate a very difficult situation. They are not just a storage unit business, they are so much more. Kindness and compassion are lacking so much in the world today but not with these people. They have been so wonderful to me in addition to having a very clean and professionally run facility. My experience was unbelievable. I was doing a fundraiser and I needed a place to store my stuff so I asked Jennifer at 401 Storage and they gave us a discount price. highly highly recommend . Jennifer was amazing so friendly. The service was beyond my expectations.
