I called 401 Storage and Jennifer answered the phone. She was not only personable but also very professional. She handled my reservation with ease and delivered excellent customer service. Jennifer is definitely an asset to the company. Highly recommend!

Moving up in march and needed a place to store stuff! Jenn made it super quick and easy to rent a unit! Super clean facility, definitely well maintained.
Jenn & Sarah was extremely helpful and friendly. Very accommodating. Great place to store your stuff. Always dry, weather was never an issue. I will store again in the future.
