401 storage office -I was greeted by Katherine. She was very friendly and brought me to see the different size units they offer. She took the time to explain the process. 401 storage was highly recommended to me by a friend. I strongly agree. Great place, great employees and great prices. Ask for Katherine. I have been looking at other storage facilities for my camper and just happen to see the sign on Post Road for your business. I stopped in to ask a few questions and was very surprised at how friendly, and personable everyone was, they all seemed very trustworthy abd it didn’t take me long to decide on moving my Airstream over to 401storage.
Excellent experience working with Jen on the initial setup of a new storage unit. The process which started online, then continued over the phone, and ultimately concluded through Text and setting up the Storage Smart App was quick and painless. Jen worked quickly to ensure I received the perfect unit at the best price within 30 minutes top to bottom. The Unit is clean and dry.
