I live in another state and I am handling the estate of my family member. Jennifer was great and making sure that we had a place to store the car. She took all the information a day ahead of time, so that when the car was delivered, everything was done. I couldn’t avast for a better service. She was absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them highly. Thanks Jennifer .

I called to inquire about renting a storage unit. Kathrine, the GM was so pleasant and helpful. She gave me all the information I needed and held a unit until I could come in. When I went there to rent a unit, Kathrine showed us the unit, explained everything to me, set up the app on my phone and showed me how to use it. The units are in a gated, secure facility.

This Storage Facility doesn't allow smooth entry, quite the contrary, there is a lone gate to enter this facility with a vehicle. If this gate is closed, you must either wait for someone to open it or get out of your vehicle and walk to the office to request for them to open the gate for you, If you're disabled, this is entirely unacceptable.
