401 Storage is a very nice family owned company. Very secure, always clean and staff are always friendly. The way they have adapted to modern technology is also a big plus! If you have had the pleasure of meeting Katherine then you know she knows her stuff. Very helpful and very funny too!
Katherine was the absolute best! She stayed over late because she knew we were on our way! She was so kind! I would most definitely 10/10 recommend this place to anyone! She was a life saver!!
Absolute ease to get in and get set up! Katherine and Maddie did an amazing job. Walking me through the process and getting me in my unit in what felt like a blink of an eye. Unit was clean and ready for me to move in. Overall, would highly recommend 401 storage to anyone needing a spot to store a few things!
I called to get an indoor storage for my vehicle for the winter, Kathy was so very helpful and made sure she gave me the right kind of storage unit to fit my vehicle and to make sure I could drive in without using ramps. I would defiantly recommend this storage unit, and dealing with Kathy was a pleasure. Carol Rivard
