Super convenient location but VERY noisy most nights. Hot water and elevator broke many times, and roommate who could not go down stairs would be stuck for hours waiting for maintenance to come, and eventually had to move out. Our unit also did not have any control of heating which was never resolved (during the coldest week of winter we had no heating and it got as cold as 50 degrees inside).
Nice apartment, maintenance was quick with maintenance requests but the elevator was constantly broken which made being on the 5th floor incredibly challenging and frustrating.
