Super convenient location but VERY noisy most nights. Hot water and elevator broke many times, and roommate who could not go down stairs would be stuck for hours waiting for maintenance to come, and eventually had to move out. Karen has been wonderful throughout the entire renting process. Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience with a landlord. This is now my second year in a row renting with Travis Hyde and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in Ithaca!
