Where do I begin? The management team is terrible. The property manager, Priscilla, and her supervisor, Jackie, lack professionalism, communication, and basic resolution skills. As someone who also works in management, I understand that when residents bring concerns forward, the goal should be to investigate the issue and find a resolution.
