5 Star did a great job on my roof, working very efficiently and completing the job, with the exception of the roof gutter guards, in one day. After they were finished, the perimeter was scrupulously cleaned, and they even borrowed a bit of touch up paint to cover some chips caused by the removal of nails from the old shingles. Really a first class job at a reasonable price; I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone in the market for a new roof.
Michael had previously inspected our roof, and came out today to check out a stain that appeared on the kitchen ceiling after recent rains. He checked in the attic and on the roof, and discovered it was a problem with a disconnected plumbing vent pipe and not the roof. Regardless, Michael was able to make a simple repair on the vent pipe and solved the problem. Michael has always been on time, friendly, and a good communicator. Highly recommend!
5 Star Roofing did phenomenal work replacing my roof. In addition, they are honest, quick and very accommodating. They are family owned and that really comes through in the way they do business and interact with customers (they did my neighbors roof too and they feel the same way.) I HIGHLY recommend them.
With strong winds and rain, the vent flew off our roof! We contacted Five Star Roofing, and they were at our house in 30 minutes! Michael not only repaired the vent, but did a throrough inspection of our entire roof! He repaired two cracked tiles and patched what would have been a large leak! He was quick, communicative, and provided five star service! If you have any roofing needs, Michael at Five Star Roofing should be your first (and only) call!
Michael and his team did a great job on the reroof at our house! They were prompt, responsive, professional and friendly. Their bid was extremely competitive, beating the other ones I received by a mile. So far the roof seems great and I really appreciate the thorough cleanup job they did! I will be calling 5 Star again when its time to reroof at my business property.
