If I could give this provider 0 stars I would. My daughter and I had cleanings scheduled at 2:30 pm. They were 30 minutes late and didn't take her back until 3:00 pm. When we got back the 1st dental assistant didn't know how to do Xrays. So we had to wait for a 2nd assistant. The 2nd was super nice. As I was waiting for my daughter to get Xrays I noticed they had all of their equipment laying in the middle of the patient care area, including used needles. I've worked in Nursing for 12 years. I had a really great experience at this dental office and felt comfortable from start to finish. The office itself is extremely clean, modern, and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. Everything felt sanitized and organized, and you can tell they take cleanliness very seriously. Dr. Mr. Sy was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. A friend recommended Dr Sy. I had extensive dental care done and he was wonderful. The whole staff is friendly as is Dr Sy. His prices were much more affordable than some of the dentists I contacted. I’m very happy with the work. I had to have new dentures made, and they fit wonderful and I am happy to smile at people again, go to the restaurant to eat and have fun with friends.
I've been going to this dentist for a while now and I have to say this is this is my go to dentist for all my dental needs. Dr. Sy is so nice and gentle durring my appointments and the staff hands down are the nicest people and serviced all of my needs. Honestly im suprised that this place isn't talked about more. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend.
I have had 2 appointments now. Both times the assistant/hygienists were very pleasant and concerned for my comfort. The receptionist is also very nice. She assisted me in adapting an appt without issue. Dentist was great explaining issues to me and plan of care. Completed a deep cleaning and love the results!
