This apartment charges very high rent, but when something urgent happens, especially during holidays, no one responds or takes responsibility. The management is terrible, and the service is completely inconsistent with what you would expect from a so-called “luxury apartment.” Totally disappointing experience. Reply to Sydny: I sent an email to you two days ago but got no reply yet.
Nice location
The door lock broke four times after I moved in, and no one was in charge or responsible! A terrible experience!
