I’ve been living here for about two months now and couldn’t be happier with my decision. The location is unbeatable right above Trader Joe’s, close to great restaurants, shops, and public transit. The concierge team is fantastic, especially Rita and Gabe, who are always attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. We have lived in the building for the past 4 years from the time it was getting built. Over time, the quality has decreased. Cons: 1. Parking The building shares parking with Trader Joes and doesn't have enough spots. We recently got a car and my husband asked to be put on the parking waitlist about 4 months ago. At that time, he was told that he was 5th on the waitlist. Fast forward to January, we asked again where we are on the waitlist and now we ended up in 12th place, with apparently no recollection of us being in 5th p... read more
Writing to commend the folks at the concierge desk: they work so hard to make sure all the stuff gets delivered (packages, food, etc). The new person, Gabriel, is pretty awesome. Always friendly, eager to help- I once saw him help folks up the elevator with their groceries! How nice! When we were having people come to clean, he helped my wife get them all situated. Kudos to Gabriel!
Woodmont is a wonderful place to live! From the top-notch amenities to the friendly and helpful staff, my experience has been excellent. The location is incredibly convenient—close to Trader Joe’s, the Metro, and plenty of great dining options. Gabe at the concierge desk deserves special recognition for always going above and beyond with his kindness, professionalism, and welcoming smile. Highly recommend—Woodmont truly feels like home!
It's been a great experience living here... the location is prime and I have made a homey space in my unit. The best part of living in this building is the front desk staff. They're friendly, helpful, and are an asset to the community. Shout-out to all of them - they make coming back home special for me!
