The pump itself works great, however the JEP-R controller Jandy provided failed within 2 years. This controller has apparently been discontinued, due to this failure and I now have a non-functional pump. Jandy wants me to pay for a tech (that they approve) to come out and confirm the failure at my cost to enforce the 3 -year warranty. I cannot find a replacement anywhere, and the companies that they approve will not return my calls or emails.. They are now selling this unit with a different controller.
