Tink From the time I first walked into the office to view an apartment to renewing my lease I have received nothing but excellent customer service from Alex and Edith. When I first came to look for an apartment they both were extremely helpful with helping me find an apartment that suits all of my needs. Not a bad place to live The apartment building is great, but for the price of the monthly rent I would have expect more amenities. The rental office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful.

8600 Apartment is the worst Apartment that I ever rented in. The management is very poor. The manager is rude. Elevator barley works, full of pests and mixes, and the maintenance request will take forever to be completed. There is hardly enough parking space for the residents. Your car will be towed every day. Your complaint will not be heard.Please refer to the reviews under the apartment and you will see many poor reviews about this apartment. I do not suggest this apartment for anyone.

Good Apartment, Frustrating Surroundings The Good: The apartment is spacious and has a good layout w/ gas appliances. No pests while I lived here and you can own a pet. Utilities are included parking and there's a guest lot. It's not a bad walk to metro - 15 minutes. Shopping center across the street has a few things like a convenience store and a restaurant which is nice if you don't want to hike all the way into SS.
